We often talk about our professional skills and how to improve them. Some of the factor we tend to ignore are the bases on which those skills are built on. It is amazing the number of opportunities that we come across every day and we let them pass because: we did not realise it was an opportunity until too late, we think it is not for us, it is too small, it is too big, I don’t have [insert] and the list goes on and on. I wonder… If we focus on looking for opportunities, how many opportunities will we find today?
Some business and people do not like negative feedback and I can relate to them. I prefer negative feedback over the positive one, as it shows me the things I can improve, while the positive feedback is only for my personal ego.
