Negative feedback?

Success vs Failure

Most people love success and when they achieve it, they love reviewing how they did it, so they can do it again. All good here. By itself, it is a good idea to re-use what we know works. I prefer to be part of a team where I collaborate, look for new points of view, new approaches, new ways to learn and improve and then take the best the team has to create the optimal solution. Furthermore, I like to surround myself with people that challenge me to bring the best of myself, people that are more knowledgeable than me, so I can learn and improve myself.
