Long time ago I did a survival training and remember a colleague standing next to a fruit (we needed them to eat) and none of us saw… Until our trainer showed us the picture. As we trained, we learn to find fruit and other things to eat more easily. Same thing happens with opportunities, we need to train ourselves to identify them and be ready to take them. How we think, what we read and what we focus on are very important aspects to train ourselves to find all the opportunities we want in life.
It is easy to forget how to achieve success: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” – Albert Schweitzer www.idealthinking.com.au
A thinking process that can assist you to have more effective and consistent outcomes: It starts with you creating your environment, your purpose, your why. Then, you structure WHAT needs to be done. Next step is the implementation, the HOW it will be done. Last is the people needed to make it happen. Note: ESIP is a model within the Meta Dynamics™ methodology.
SUCCESS: Many people want success. Some get it and some don’t. The main difference between them is the way they think and how much committed they are to their own success. Kop Kopmeyer put it quite well with this way of thinking: “Self-discipline is the ability to make yourself do, what you should do, when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not.”
